Welcome to my website, especially those of you who have arrived via Squash Blossom Farm (squashblossomfarm.blogspot.com). I've been away for awhile myself, and see that I need to do a little sprucing up and dusting off. Now that a healthy portion of the boxes are unpacked from our recent move, I think I'll have some time to devote to songwriting. I'm not promising anything, but I think I'll start filtering in some works in progress - like the draft version of "Squash Blossom Farm" that I just posted. Let me know what you think. Also check out "Down to the Wire," also just posted. This was recently used in an episode of Barnbar (Barnbar.com). (What would you call this...a websitcom?) This weekend we saw the great mandolinist Peter Ostroushko in concert in Austin, and amazing banjo and kora players Jayme Stone and Mansa Sissoko - at Crossings at Carnegie. Inspired me to get to work/play!
